Stamp Art Call Petroleum The South Seattle Community College in Washington State is mounting a Stamp Art show in the Spring of 2006 with "Petroleum" as the theme. Since this is a rather controversial and divisive issue, we hope to attract entries from around the globe and create a stimulating, enlightening exhibit for the local community. Please submit artistamps on the theme of "Petroleum". No jury, no sales, no returns. Powerline Designs PLEASE make a postcard sized (4x6) original art work of powerlines, telephone lines, poles, transformers and send them to me by January 15, 2006 for a web artshow and Michigan based art gallery, not to mention the "traveling gallery". I make no promises so there are no lies, it all depends on how much work is received. The art work will not be returned, but you will recieve documentation after the showing (in the form of a booklet of all the postcards collected). Documentation-Catalog to all entries Everything will be shown No entry fee, No jury, and No returns I must mention, postcards must be 4"X6" or they will be trimmed down to exhibit and published. Psychedelic : Mail art in Greece
1st International Mail Art Exhibition in Greece& web exhibition
Introduction
Ioanna Papachristou, Thomai Kontou and the "Consulate of Culture" address a call for participation in the 1st International Mail Art Exhibition in Greece. The title of the project is "Psychedelic" and has already attracted great interest from many artists worldwide. The exhibition will take place in the cultural center of Elassona, Greece in February/March 2006.
Read more and send your work until December 31, 2005.
Send a psychedelic picture. Use your imagination and mix the colors to any size and kind of paper. All drawings will be exhibited in our gallery and web site.
